Artist Brian Andrews creates “photo composites made from human and veterinary images,” resulting in “hominid creatures.” He’s now animated some of them into a short film. You weren’t planning to sleep ever again, were you?

UGGH. What the hell is this today? I just got finished watching a HUGE worm coming out of a dead spider on youtube. ( could NOT watch it all and I am one of the least squeamish people I know.)Soon as I’m able I’m going to go scrub with eyebleach.

Gorgeous! What those little exoskeletons would look like if they were endoskeletons, perhaps. Although I will admit to being slightly weirded out by the fleshy breasts on the spider (shouldn’t she have more than two?) but the internal eggs were awesome.
