She used some Martha Stewart craft punches shaped like <a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Spider-Large-Punch-Martha-Stewart\/dp\/B002J2A0PC\/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&#038;tag=shadmano-20&#038;qid=1309542685&#038;sr=8-1\">spiders<\/a> and <a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Martha-Stewart-Bat-Craft-Punch\/dp\/B002KIF618\/ref=sr_1_1?s=arts-crafts&#038;ie=UTF8&#038;tag=shadmano-20&#038;qid=1309542789&#038;sr=1-1\">bats<\/a> and some Halloween-themed paper to create a spooky (and completely humane) version of a butterfly collection.<\/p>\n<p>She&#8217;s got a full <a href=\"http:\/\/tatertotsandjello.blogspot.com\/2010\/09\/creepy-halloween-specimen-art.html\n\">tutorial<\/a> with lots of photos and some great suggestions for doing this project on the cheap.<\/p>\n<p>The article seems to suggest that she views these as seasonal decorations and only brings them out around Halloween, but that&#8217;s just crazy talk; these are attractive enough to leave up all year.<\/p>\n<p><i>(via <a href=\"http:\/\/ghouliegirls.blogspot.com\/\">Ghoulie Girls<\/a>)<\/i><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is simply brilliant.
