Two winners will receive a rather nice <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alphastamps.com\/Hocus_Pocus_Halloween_Kit.html\">prize package<\/a> of Halloween goodies.<\/p>\n<p>The full contest details are <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alphastamps.com\/blog\/?p=2122\">here<\/a>.  I don&#8217;t see anything in the rules about the contest being exclusive to a particular country, so I assume it&#8217;s open to all comers.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m told that almost no one has entered, so this might be a great opportunity to pick up a nice collection of art supplies.
