Get yourself an inexpensive pair of pumps (look at thrift stores for extra cheapy goodness), pick up an assortment of googly eyes, and you&#8217;re in business.<\/p>\n<p>You can stick the eyes on temporarily using <a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Glue-Dots-16-Inch-Mini-250-Clear\/dp\/B000WWK5L0\/ref=sr_1_1?s=miscellaneous&#038;ie=UTF8&#038;qid=1314295864&#038;sr=1-1\">removable glue dots<\/a> and experiment with placement on the shoes.  When you finally find an arrangement you like, use super glue or a speciality adhesive like <a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Shoe-Goo-Footwear-Adhesive-Black\/dp\/B002GIFV6M\/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&#038;tag=shadmano-20&#038;qid=1314295913&#038;sr=8-1\">Shoe Goo<\/a> to attach them permanently.<\/p>\n<p>For extra credit, make yourself a matching clutch, hairband, or other accessory.  Then go spend the $1,580 you saved on a nice vacation.
