The ears from the original photo were apparently made by <a href=\"http:\/\/starlitskies.com\/Wire%20Elf%20Ears.htm\">Starlit Skies<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>There&#8217;s a tutorial for making your own available for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.etsy.com\/listing\/101975940\/elf-ears-tutorial?ref=sr_gallery_29&#038;ga_search_query=elf+ear&#038;ga_view_type=gallery&#038;ga_ship_to=GB&#038;ga_search_type=all\">purchase<\/a> but, unsurprisingly, there are plenty of free instructions as well; there are three <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cutoutandkeep.net\/projects\/elf-ear-cuffs\">here<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/shealynns-faerie-shoppe.blogspot.com\/2012\/07\/swirly-ear-cuff-tutorial.html\">here<\/a>, and <a href=\"http:\/\/pinterest.com\/pin\/195343702559887604\/\">here<\/a>, but googling &#8220;how to make wire ear cuffs&#8221; will turn up plenty more.<\/p>\n<p>Obviously, you needn&#8217;t restrict yourself to elf ears; you could bend the wire into bat wings or some other interesting shape.  The basic idea doesn&#8217;t look terribly difficult, and you can add detail as desired.
