Evil Mad Scientist Labs is a wealth of fun and fiendish project ideas. They have a truly inspired tutorial for making edible googly eyes out of gelatin capsules. The project includes instructions for making candy Flying Spaghetti Monsters using the finished eyes.
I can see a lot of cookies getting eyeballs in the very near future.
