Where Link Dumps Fear to Tread

Latch Hooked Christopher Walken – Rather epic rug project.

Haunted Mansion for Sale – If you have around $900,000US to spare, you can buy a live-in replica of Disneyland’s Haunted Mansion.

Tattoos Inspired by Childrens’ Movies – I think the Toy Story one is my favorite. (via WitchArachne)

The League of Extraordinary Gentlepersons – Splendid print of what a “League of Extraordinary Gentlemen” featuring characters from the 1990s would have looked like: Dana Scully, Edward Scissorhands, and Zack Morris are amongst the members.

Boo! – Squee-worthy ghost cake pops from Bakerella.

10 Cryptids More Terrifying than the Mongolian Death Worm – I dunno; the Bunyip looks sort of cuddly.

Halloween Cuckoo Clock – These instructions are for a prop made of construction paper and foamcore, but there’s no reason why the same pattern couldn’t be used to cut something more sturdy out of wood.

17 Euphemisms for Sex From the 1800s – Some of these are funny; a few are oddly creepy.

Homemade Candy Corn – I’m not sure the payoff would be worth the effort, but I generally like Alton Brown’s recipes.

Halloween Dessert Table – Great-looking spread.

You know, as awesome as that Christopher Walken rug is, how bizarre is it to have reached a point in your career where people make rugs of your likeness?

Wow, some of those tattoos are not tragically unfortunate!

I’m kind of concerned that Bakerella’s Hallowe’en-themed cookie cutter set didn’t come with a ghost. What are we teaching our children about the High Holy Days‽

Thinking about amorous congress makes me want to go home and reenact St. George and the Dragon.

Mmm, candy corn. Last Hallowe’en season I was with my favorite-aunt-on-my-father’s-side and it was like I was 8 again. Except we also had alcohol. But we basically ate our way through a bag of candy corn and two bags of candy pumpkins. For breakfast. It was awesome.

Wow. I totally need to get invited to that party.

I love those mummified pretzels. Also those bakepops, although as much as I love baking I just know I wouldn’t have the patience to ice them properly and they’d just end up looking like skewered poos.
