Horror Movies for Your Pets – Truth.

Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka’s Halloween – Some upscale party-food ideas that are sort of elegantly disgusting. (via Halloween Addict)

Gingerbread Haunted Mansion – Includes a downloadable template if you feel ambitious enough to DIY.

I really wish I had the sewing skills to make that octopus dress. That said, I’d never have anywhere to wear it anyway, so there wouldn’t be much point.

http://www.wigglyeyed.com/ approves of the Googly Eye Ornament (even thought we haven’t updated in quite a while!)Also, the horror movies for pets are hilarious, especially The Thunderstorm.

I was kind of hoping that the googly eye ornament would be eyeier. It just kind of ends up being black and white polkadotted. I think a green (or match-your-tree color) single ball with 1-8 eyes glued in an appropriately creepy fashion and hidden away in the inner reaches of the tree would have a better effect. “Are those…eyes…in there?”

I am clearly hanging out with the wrong side of Hollywood if I am not getting invited to NPH’s Hallowe’en parties. ::pout::

I love the “open in five/ten/twenty-five years” idea. I think more weddings (supernatural or no) should incorporate things like that.
