40 Mysterious Victorian Tattoos – I’m not sure how these qualify as “mysterious;” to me, a mysterious tattoo is one you wake up with and don’t remember getting. Whatever; a couple of the photorealistic ones are quite lovely.

Pets – Photographer Bettina Güber takes photos of toy animals in situations that make them seem alive and mischievous. Who wouldn’t want a teensy elephant stomping around the house? There’s also a second series, More Pets.

To Fall Out of Love, Do This – Questions to decrease intimacy.

tcustom – Very cool keychains, pendants, and other items featuring intricately-carved anatomy, paleontology, wildlife, and even viruses.

Modern Curses – Gemma Correll has some excellent updates for the modern era.

Criminal Crafts – Amusing DIY book with projects like carving a gun out of a bar of soap.

Lithium (Smooth Jazz Version) – An a capella cover of the Nirvana song.

Chocolate Megalodon Teeth – Cast from a real fossil tooth, available in milk, dark and white chocolate.

Hedgehog Rolls – Instead of hedgehogs, these could be any little spiky monster of your choosing; you could also use commercial frozen dinner rolls if you don’t feel like making your own.

Saturday Morning Breakfast Cereal – This made me giggle.

I think that woman may have already cursed me. There is already always an unexpected item in the bagging area for me.

Also, that tcustom shop is going to send me broke. But at least all my zipper pulls will look freaking RAD.

Yeah, definitely not “mysterious”. A “mysterious” tattoo is the one that satan gives you at the tattoo shop that doesn’t exist and then it eats your soul.

I love that little gorilla on the remote!!

There is some amazing stuff on Etsy.

I wonder if someone cast that second one on me… I recently discovered the wonderful world of Book Curses. I’ve thought that I should draft a Kindle curse, and I like the cut of gemma correll’s gib.

One thing the world does not need more of: a capella smooth jazz covers of anything.

I’m still trying to figure out how to make bread into a tree-face. Or just a face. Or just a tree.

Ah, but! Once “selected”, Odin and Freya got to argue over who gets whom. (Freya gets first pick.) Odin’s choices go to Valhalla, “a majestic, enormous hall located in Asgard [where] the dead join the masses of those who have died in combat”, a golden tree stands in its courtyard and it is thatched with golden shields! Freya’s chosen don’t.
