The Art of Darkness

The Link Dump of Shadow Ranch

Free Haunt Soundtrack – Sam Haynes is giving away free copies of their album “Ghost Stories” until October 1.

Creepy Paranormal Documentaries That Will Make You Question Everything – Well, probably not everything.

The Glow – This “Jack O’ Lantern Experience” has locations in Philadelphia, Washington DC, and Nashville. (Hat tip to Cat)

Valhalla Vigor – Norse/Viking jewelry and accessories. These raven skull hair bands are neat.

Jamie Lee Curtis to Star in “Halloween” Finale – Curtis is reprising her role as Laurie Strode in what Universal is calling the last film in the franchise. I somehow doubt that last bit.

Spider Paws – Some spiders have kittenlike paws and they are adorable.

Bad D&D Plot Hooks – Amusing Twitter account. “The search for a fabled talking skull comes to a confusing conclusion when a sage tells the PCs, in one sense, they all have talking skulls.”

All That is Left – Ned Flanders-themed band Okilly Dokilly performs a “Heavy Nedal” song inspired by a Simpsons storyline and I don’t even know what’s real any more. (Hat tip to Pixel Pixie)

Batsies – Absurdly cute drawings of a li’l pink bat. (Hat tip to Pixel Pixie)

This and Nothing More – Kickstarter for an edition of works by Edgar Allan Poe illuminated by Matt Hughes, “who blends Gothic and Art Nouveau styles for haunting illustrations.” (Hat tip to Pixel Pixie, who finds awesome stuff and occasionally throws it all at me at once)

Oh, those spider paws are adorable. I had no idea spiders’ feet looked like that.

That roundup of creepy paranormal documentaries caught my eye as well. I haven’t seen any of them yet, but they do sound interesting.

    Sorry! Sometimes I get overenthusiastic.

Yeah, Michael Myers will be back, no matter what.
